At Everfit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place your unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted for processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
